John Stansfield

Storytelling Educator

ONCE UPON A TIME . . . a young elementary teacher, named John, shared stories with his students. During ten years in the classroom, he learned that storytelling enriches any subject. In 1979, John ventured into the wider world as a professional storyteller and writer in Colorado and throughout the nation.

His journey continues today. Like Johnny Appleseed planting seeds, John spreads the message that stories, storytelling, writing, and creativity are basic to the education and well-being of everyone. Let him tell you why.
