is a rythmic phrase that has passed down through five generations of Katherine's family. And Katherine Dines is a multi award-winning songwriter, teaching and recording artist who tours throughout the world.

As a solo artist, she performs original story songs with an acoustic guitar and an assortment of unusual instruments and props. Brian Mullins, a multi-instrumentalist, and Ed Contreras, a global percussionist join her for her larger shows.
